Peptides are prescription medicine — not supplements. Real peptide therapy requires a clinician evaluation, often with bloodwork. We don't prescribe based on what you read online; we prescribe based on what your physiology actually shows.

Is This Right for You?

For longevity care
that's actually evidence-led.

Peptide therapy clients are typically professionals 35 to 65 who've done their research, hit a wall with optimization through diet and exercise alone, and want a clinician-supervised next step. They don't want hype — they want protocols based on their actual labs and a defined goal: better sleep, faster recovery, stronger immune function, or measured longevity intervention.

We work with bloodwork, defined endpoints, and structured cycles. We don't prescribe stacks indiscriminately. If a peptide isn't the right tool for your situation, we'll say so and recommend something else.

Common Protocols

How Peptide
Therapy Works.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal specific cellular pathways. The right peptide for the right goal is what matters.

I.

Recovery + Repair

Tissue-repair peptides for soft-tissue injury, post-surgical recovery, and inflammatory states. Cycled in defined treatment windows alongside rehabilitation.

II.

Sleep + Cognition

Peptides that modulate growth hormone or sleep architecture for clients with degraded sleep quality. Bloodwork-guided dosing with clinician monitoring.

III.

Longevity + Metabolism

Protocols supporting metabolic health, autophagy, and healthy aging. Always layered onto a foundation of diet, sleep, and movement — never as a substitute.

What to Expect

Your Peptide
Program, Step by Step.

A program, not a single visit. Initial evaluation, bloodwork, protocol design, then structured cycles with check-ins.

i
Step One

Comprehensive Evaluation

60–90 minute initial visit: history, goals, current medications/supplements, prior treatments. Decision on whether bloodwork is needed.

ii
Step Two

Bloodwork (When Indicated)

Comprehensive metabolic panel, hormones, inflammatory markers, and other targeted labs depending on goal. We use real data to design real programs.

iii
Step Three

Protocol Design

Specific peptide(s), dose, frequency, cycle length. Discussion of expected timeline, what to monitor, and any red flags to watch for.

iv
Step Four

Cycles + Check-Ins

You'll receive your first cycle and self-administer (typically subcutaneous). Check-in visits at 4, 8, and 12 weeks to assess response and adjust.

Anti-Aging Peptides FAQ.

Common questions from our consultations. Call (973) 567-7492 with anything we haven't covered.

What's the difference between peptides and supplements?
Peptides are prescription medications regulated by the FDA. Most are administered by injection. Supplements are over-the-counter dietary products. Different category, different oversight, different efficacy.
Are peptides legal in the US?
FDA-approved peptides are fully legal when prescribed by a licensed clinician for appropriate indications. We work only with sourced, accredited compounding pharmacies.
Can I just buy peptides online?
You can find products labeled as peptides online, but quality, sterility, and identity are not guaranteed. We do not recommend self-sourcing — the risks include contamination, mislabeling, and adverse events.
Do I have to inject myself?
Most peptides are subcutaneous injection (similar to insulin). The needle is tiny, the technique is teachable in 5 minutes. Some clients prefer to come in for clinician-administered injections.
How long is a typical cycle?
8–12 weeks is most common. Some peptides are continuous; others use defined cycles with breaks. Your protocol depends on the specific peptide and your goal.
Are there side effects?
Most peptides are well-tolerated. Side effects depend on the specific peptide and may include injection-site reactions, mild GI changes, or transient effects. We discuss the full profile at consultation.
