How is the Filter-Free Facial different from a regular facial?
It's clinician-supervised and customized live to your skin — not a pre-set menu protocol. Products and steps are chosen based on what your skin actually needs that day, including medical-grade exfoliants and serums you can't access at a typical day spa.
How often should I get one?
Once a month is the sweet spot for most clients. Skin renews on a ~28-day cycle, so monthly facials align with your turnover and produce compounding results over time.
Is there downtime?
No. You may leave slightly pink for 30–60 minutes, but most clients return to work or social plans immediately. Skin looks brighter the next day.
Can I wear makeup after?
We recommend skipping makeup for at least 4 hours to let serums absorb fully. By the next morning, you're fine to wear anything.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — we adjust acid strength and avoid harsh exfoliants for sensitive types. Tell us about any reactions or conditions during your skin analysis.
Can I add other treatments to the same visit?
